Hand polishing of the shape that a task is complicated　


The customer of the screw manufacturer polished a die to produce screws with hand polishing so far. I need considerable time to have possibilities to say a screw, and that a shape is complicated and drops resin neatly. The hem part of the salient (thread) of the molding department in particular took approximately 2 hours for one place of hand polishing.

It was easy somehow and, including reduction of working hours, had consultation whether you could not clean.

I work in die Surface treatment machine <UNIFINISH> and promote efficiency! Time shortening!

I use solution UNIFINISH
Result two hours shorten it for about three minutes!

Therefore I introduced our UNIFINISH and tested it in a showroom.

After processing a screw production die in UNIFINISH, I was able to polish the place where it took hand polishing two hours with about three minutes neatly. Polishing time shortens it to about 1/40!

The media which I used this time was particle size about 45μm. Therefore the media got into the complicated complicated shape and was able to give processing to the every corner.

Furthermore, sliding of the resin improves by processing the surface by a 1μm unit as a characteristic of the UNIFINISH into a pear place (wrinkle) form and can expect the improvement of the mold release characteristics, too.

I seemed to be able to expect the improvement of the problem solution plus mold release characteristics, too and was satisfied with the customer very much. I am having you use UFN-55COMBO every day now.
