The UNICLEAN sprays special plastic with air and is the blast device which I can wash in a short time without giving a die and a screw damage.
I can wash it to a die and a screw, small parts.
 
Washing including entering PEEK, fluoric resin, bridging resin, the nylon resin supports resin hard to please.
 
As it is the compact design that dust collector and a separation machine became built-in, I do not take the place.

Features only by the UNICLEAN

  • Resin for the washing is wide and can easily remove nylon resin, fluoric resin, PEEK, the PP that washing is great, entering bridging resin, the resin which became irrecoverable by hand
  • I am proud of high detergency, and the washing of a die, the screw is completed in from 15 minutes to 30 minutes when it is an early example
  • I can wash it to use all plastic resin blast agent without injuring a die, a screw

There is the close wound that I cannot confirm in the metal surface of the die by the naked eye innumerably, and it causes the remaining of impurities such as the resin.
 
These residual resin becomes a cause having poor cast, and yield turns worse.
 
A metal surface processor, the UNIFINISH makes the state of the metal surface minute by a two-step urtra-low air pressure blast and dissolves various problems of the die including the removal of impurities, Bali.
 
In addition, by materials and a purpose for the processing, I can set the most suitable blast pressure.

A maintenance cycle was necessary for the conventional hand polishing once in two days.
However, I succeeded in the extension of the maintenance cycle to once a week by microfinish handling of UNIFINISH.
 
Furthermore, the Forming number of shotses increased by mold release characteristics improvement & gas adhesion prevention effect, too.
