He/she was at the production spot, and the parts of the gear pump took effort for washing very to drop the dirt which got into the groove with a gear shape and were the situation that couldn't but cut labor at the staff, time.

I use solution UNICLEAN
Three hours shorten it for about ten minutes at result washing time!

The customer performed the washing of the gear pump by hand until now and took approximately 3 hours. After washing that in UNICLEAN, I could wash it, and a customer was satisfied very much by a device, and the purchase was developed in about ten minutes. Surprisingly, with this case, 1/60 was able to shorten washing time in comparison with the manual labor!

I get into the groove, and the resin which it is hard to drop can easily wash UNICLEAN by hand. There is not the resin which they were not able to wash, and PP, PE can wash the pro-frequent use resin including resin of super engineering plastics such as PEEK, PPS so far, too.
In addition, I can easily wash it in at normal temperature and a short time without by using UNICLEAN, damaging it.
Of improvement of the washing method, time shortening if is considered, please consult by all means by all means to us to us.
