IN sensor

 ◆Main features 

  • Measurements up to 4000bar nozzle pressure and melttemperature of 400°C.
  • Multishot measurements at temperatures <230°C with different levels of pressure.
  • Simple magnetic installation without screws.
  • Combine the IN Sensor together with the Nozzle touch force sensor.
  • Ideal for service and development (measurements during operation are not possible).



 Multi-shot 

The tip of the IN can be heated with a heater band (maximum temperature 230 °C) to measure various pressures (up to 4000 bar).
In this way, the plastic injected into the dead volume remains liquid.
You can choose from 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 bar steps.


 Single-shot 

If the resin temperature exceeds 230 °C (up to 400 °C), the pressure can still be measured in 1 shot.
The remaining coagulated plastic inside the sensor must be removed from each shot.
 Mounting with a magnet 

Thanks to a magnetic base, the installation is easy very fast.
This allows the nozzle check to be attached to the mold.
A washing object: One gear pump part
Adhesion resin: Olefin-based resin
Washing time: Manual labor three hours → About ten minutes (I shorten it to 1/18 at washing time!)
I will introduce the reduction of working hours results of the resin washing of the verge using the UNICLEAN this time.
