  • UNICLEAN (screw, die washing blast device)
    It is blast Cleaning machine specialized in the washing of a screw, the die. It is the device which I can wash without giving a screw, the base material of the die damage by using blast agent of the thermosetting resin.
     
  • UNIFINISH (metal surface processing blast device)
    It is the blast device which can plan die polishing, Bali collecting, surface minute mold release characteristics, fluid improvement.
    I can make the metal surface minute as a blast processes the metal surface using alumina, two kinds of blast agent of glass beads.

 I install the automatic conveyance stand of the screw in both sides of UNICLEAN UCL-95, and this device controls the movement with a sensor.

→I adjust it, and, to the shape of the screw, the forwarding speed adjustment of the screw is possible

・Dust collection box monitor
→When the waste of the dust collection box exceeds a quota, warning is displayed by a monitor
In addition, there are the options such as a button, a cover, the limit switch to urgently stop for safety measures in an own motive. The results include a washing device or the die washing device which made full use of a robot arm at two same time of the twin extruded screw.
