Sensoptic Company Profile
Swiss company Sensoptic provides equipment and automation solutions to the tooling and mold making industry and manufacturers of high-precision components.
This company, located in southern Switzerland, was founded by engineers who had previously been involved in the development of optical sensors for electrical discharge machining equipment at GF Machining Solutions, a global manufacturer providing such services.
Leveraging our extensive knowledge of optical sensor technology and microengineering expertise, we create unique and innovative sensor systems.
Sesnoptic has deep expertise in electrical discharge machining lines, understands our customers' lines, and uses European wires and
We are proposing systems that can improve quality in the fiber optic industry using Sensoptic's core sensor technology.

Surface irregularity defect detection system for ultra-fine wires - Configuration
This detection system consists of a Windows PC owned by the customer with the "Sensoft" software installed for data collection and management, the "Sensystem" hardware for data collection, and the "Sensoptic Sensor" sensor head for detecting surface irregularities.
**Features**
• Simple system configuration and compact
Product inspection on manufacturing and research lines
- Collection and management of measurement data on a personal computer (Windows PC)
• A single computer-controlled "Sensystem" can connect up to 32 head sensors.
*Depends on the "Sensystem" type: See Hardware Type
• Easy change of sensor head settings via software: 1-axis or 2-axis type

Surface unevenness defect detection sensor head
The sensor head incorporates a precision optical sensor that detects surface defects in products without contact.
Surface irregularity defect detection is an essential measurement, just like diameter measuring machines, for meeting today's product quality control standards.

**Features**
- Non-contact measurement with one or two axes
• Measurable product outer diameter range: 0.01 mm to 2.5 mm *The measurable range depends on each sensor head.
- Can measure linear velocity up to 2000 m/min
• Compact head design, even in confined line environments.
• Robust even in harsh environments
- Less susceptible to measurement interference from stray light and strong ambient light.
- No motor-like drive components, virtually no maintenance required: Long lifespan
