We offer a wide range of products, from insulated wires, LAN cables, and telecommunications cables made of FEP/PFA/PP/PE to large-scale coaxial cable lines.
We have a particular strength in gas foaming, and we are very proficient in it.

The ROEX series of extruders from ROSENDAHL features unique design innovations in each part of the extruder, resulting in a compact size, high output rate, and extremely linear output volume.

ROSENDAHL offers three basic types of forming machines for metal tapes, including static, hybrid, and roll types, depending on the tape specification.

Metal tape welding technology

ROSENDAHL offers welding technology for metal edge joints.
Due to the specifications of the metal tape, the number of torches at the welding station is limited to 1 to 3.
This is achieved by combining the welding machine with ROSENDAHL's proprietary program.
In addition, it contributes to improving welding quality.
Furthermore, by using a two-head welding station, it is possible to weld without stopping the line.
