The bobbin (winding machine) can be replaced smoothly and safely while the line is running, without having to stop it.
Thorough tension management
It maintains a constant tension not only during normal operation but also during the bobbin replacement process. In addition, the use of low-inertia pulleys minimizes the tension impact on the cable.
Two selectable operating modes
Speed mode : Precise control by a dancer
Torque mode:Control by tension control
Precise and highly accurate position control
Dancer function : When activated, the low-friction air cylinder operates, providing precise control within a very small range.
ChoiceCarriage function : The wire storage carriage can be controlled using either an AC motor or an air cylinder, depending on the application.
SafeComplete and reliable measurement:The carriage position is measured with millimeter-level precision. The dancer pulley position is measured with an analog sensor, and both are connected to limit switches.
Therefore, the movement limit is reliably controlled.
