Auto Reeler AR18
AR18
This is a fully automatic dual-head take-up and packaging machine designed for automatically winding wires and cables onto spools (bobbins).
The entire process, from spool supply and winding to spool unloading and stretch wrapping of the cable ends, can be operated fully automatically and continuously without interruption.
The machine supports a wide spool diameter range from 200 mm to 600 mm, making it particularly suitable for flexible cables and wire products.
It can be used both inline (integrated with an extrusion line) and offline (as a standalone rewinding system).
Multicoiler MC260
MC260
This is a fully automatic high-speed dual-head coiling and packaging machine designed for rapidly winding electrical wires into coils.
By alternating between two coiling heads, the machine can continuously produce coils without stopping the line, making it particularly suitable for high-speed packaging of standard lengths of approximately 100 m.
Three packaging methods are available: box packaging, stretch wrapping with end fixing, and a tuck-under method in which the cable ends are tucked inside the coil.
Equipped with a horizontal accumulator, the machine maintains constant cable tension even during head switching, preventing breakage and elongation of thin wires while ensuring neat and stable winding.
The machine supports coil diameters ranging from 150 mm to 260 mm. Coil height and width can be easily adjusted via motor drive through the recipe settings menu.

This is an inline reel handling system designed to connect directly to production lines such as extrusion lines, automatically handling reel (drum) supply, cable take-up, and reel unloading.
The system specializes in logistics and handling automation for heavy reels, reducing the manual work involved in reel transport and setup.
The entire process, from supplying empty reels and setting them at the take-up position to unloading fully wound reels, is fully automated. Equipped with a buffer conveyor, the system enables continuous operation without stopping the production line. Packaging is semi-automatic: after the film end is manually attached to the reel, the wrapping and finishing processes are carried out automatically.
To accommodate various reel sizes, the system automatically adjusts height and width settings. In combination with various traverse control functions and length measurement systems, it achieves high-quality winding performance.
