[ODAC] Outer diameter measurement / Roundness measurement
This measuring instrument measures the outer diameter and roundness of round products in-line. It comes in various sizes and laser axis counts, and can measure products from Φ0.012mm to Φ530mm. Furthermore, it guarantees world-class repeatability of 0.15µm*.

[Steel Master] Outer diameter measurement / Roundness measurement
This outer diameter measuring instrument can measure products up to 1200°C. It comes in three types—fixed, oscillating, and rotary—to suit your specific requirements. The rotary type features wireless power and measurement data transmission, enabling easy maintenance. This measuring instrument has been installed in multiple units by major steel manufacturers.
[Profile Master] Irregular Shape Measuring Machine
This irregular shape measuring machine employs a "light sectioning method." It captures the contour with a CCD camera, allowing for measurement of not only dimensions but also radius angles and distances between two points. Another strength is its ability to easily edit recipes by customers by importing DXF files.
[Bend Check] Measurement of bending
This machine measures the curvature of round bars during the cold manufacturing process. While 3-axis measurement is standard, increasing the number of axes to 5 allows for measurement of curvature at both ends. It can measure round bars from Φ15mm to Φ280mm.
【DVO】Cold Measuring Machine for Irregular Shapes
This measuring instrument measures the dimensions (side length, height) of irregularly shaped products while cold. Its oscillating mechanism allows for the measurement of triangles, squares, and hexagons. Its compact design and included stand make it easy to integrate into manufacturing lines.
[PMM] Irregular Shape Dimension Measuring Machine (Cold Measuring)
This measuring machine measures dimensions based on product contour data in cold-formed irregular-shaped product manufacturing lines. It can measure products ranging from Φ23mm to 160mm in diameter. Its extremely compact body design allows for easy installation and maintenance.
【ECO Gauge】Hot/Cold Dimension Measuring Machine (Single Axis)
This measuring instrument can measure the outer diameter even in harsh environments immediately after rolling or drawing. It can be integrated into both cold and hot manufacturing lines, and a key feature is its ability to measure as long as there is enough space for the laser to pass through. Three measurement range settings are available: 160mm, 310mm, and 550mm.
[KW] Surface texture detection machine
This product surface defect (irregularity) detector can detect defects of 0.25 mm or larger (in the longitudinal direction). Two measurement field sizes are available: 13 mm and 33 mm. The detection accuracy for products with a 13 mm measurement field is ±0.008 mm. While it has a maximum of 3 measurement axes, two units can be combined to achieve 6-axis measurement.
