The metal surface of a mold contains countless tiny scratches invisible to the naked eye, which cause impurities such as resin to remain on the surface. These residual resins cause defects in molded products and reduce yield. The Unifinish metal surface treatment system uses a two-stage ultra-low-pressure blasting process to densify the metal surface, eliminating various mold problems such as the removal of impurities and burrs. The optimal blasting pressure can be set depending on the material being treated and the purpose of the treatment.

Because it uses an ultra-low pressure process of only 1 μm, it can clean and densify molds without damaging them.
- Unifinish's unique microfinishing process uses a two-stage ultra-low-pressure blasting treatment to polish molds with virtually no metal removal.
- In the first step, a fine abrasive blasting agent is used to remove residual resin and other contaminants from the mold surface.
- In the second step, tiny spherical beads are used to eliminate irregularities on the metal surface and create a denser finish.

Mini Clean/Finish
Product Summary
It enables both mold and screw cleaning and surface treatment.
MiniClean/Finish is a groundbreaking product that combines the superior mold and screw cleaning capabilities of UniClean with the precise metal surface treatment capabilities of UniFinish.
Ultra-low pressure blasting from 0.3 ba (r 0.03 MPa) is possible. Please use it for maintenance and polishing of small workpieces such as electronic components and connector molds using an ultra-fine nozzle.
Since the blasting agent is disposable, multiple treatments can be performed with a single unit, depending on the number of tanks.
